Since writing my original article a few years ago about Artisteer Theme Creator Software, they have added some additional features.   This program is the best software for creating WordPress themes as far as I’m concerned.  However, it will create other types of themes too.  One of the new added features to the latest Standard Edition of Artisteer is the ability to fully create an html website.  Plus, Artisteer offers free hosting for the html sites you make.

There are several options available for these themes.  A new subtitle under “Appearance” in the dashboard will appear that is called “Theme Options”.  When you enter the option area, most of the choices are self-explanatory.  However, if you’d like to know what options are available prior to purchase, these are some screen clips of the options as I have them set for this particular site.
